Well this is my first blog post and I have no idea haha
But I just want to share something that happened
Something so insignificant, so ephemeral that it was beautiful
I was at home just lost in my thoughts when all of a sudden I looked out the window and there it was...
The sky
White clouds
Silver linings
It bought me back to this moment. The vast open space outside of my mind and its relentless flow of thoughts and emotions. Suddenly I was content in that fleeting few seconds. Then I realized why. I never wanted this experience, never craved it but it was there all the same for me to enjoy. I wasn't grasping to it so I was free. Freedom is not to be underestimated, especially freedom from yourself.
